Keep creator payments easy to follow
Connect your posting records, payment details, and paid status in one repeatable review.
Start with the right period
In Payments, choose the month you want to review. Check the total due, amount paid, and remaining balance to see where things stand before working through individual creators.
Review the platform breakdown
Each creator’s row brings together their payment details, method, platform breakdown, views, and amount. Review these details alongside the creator’s agreed rates and qualifying posts. Resolve discrepancies before marking a payment as complete.
Keep transfers and records in sync
Use your payment provider to make the transfer, then mark the creator as paid in UGC.run. The portal tracks the ledger; it does not move money. Keeping the paid status current gives the rest of your team a shared record to work from.
Give your team the right access
Separate the people who need to view the Payments tab from those who manage payment records. Review permissions in Team when someone’s responsibilities change, so access continues to match their role.
