Email us with a short description of what you need help with. Include your project name, device, and any steps that led to the issue.

Signing in
Use the same email address and sign-in method you used to create your account. If you use a password, select Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset it.
Joining a project
Ask your project team for an invite code. After submitting a request in the app, your team will review it before you can enter the project.
Project questions and payments
For questions about your project’s requirements, approvals, or payments, contact your project manager. In the creator app, open Settings and select Contact Managers.
Notifications
If notifications are disabled, open the Notifications tab in the creator app and use the permission prompt to enable them in your device settings.
