A clearer home for your creator program
Set up your project, bring your team together, and give every creator a clear next step.
Start with one project
Use a project to keep a brand, app, or campaign together. Give it a recognizable name so your management team and creators know which program they are joining. During setup, you can share your experience, existing creator team size, planned budget, and platforms.
Invite your management team
Invite colleagues from Team → Management using their email addresses. Choose the permissions they need for their work. They sign in and accept the invitation before gaining access. Keep project ownership with the people responsible for the program.
Bring creators into the mobile app
Creators have a separate path. Share the project’s creator invite code from Team → Creators. After a creator requests to join, review the request and link them to the appropriate creator record. Their mobile access does not give them management permissions.
Make the first steps clear
The Onboarding tab lets you prepare optional project instructions for creators. Use a checklist to explain the content format, posting expectations, and examples they should review. Keep each step focused on one action so creators can work through it easily.
Build a simple review routine
Check posting progress in Creators, review account issues in Errors, and keep your payment ledger up to date. A consistent routine makes it easier to spot missing posts or an account that needs attention.
